Auckland 2025
For the opening of JW Marriott Auckland, GreenAir brought the landscape indoors. A series of botanical installations softened the hotel's polished interiors with the raw texture of the natural world. Moss, ferns, dried grasses, pampas and driftwood were layered across marble counters, recessed nooks and lobby plinths so each space carried its own quiet sense of place.
Up close, the work was all about contrast, soft moss and living ferns set against cool marble and dark stone. Compact arrangements sat on dining tables and slotted into recessed shelving, drawing the eye without ever crowding the room.
At the entrance to the Forum, larger installations framed the space in dried grasses, seed heads and driftwood, warmed by candlelight. The result was an arrival that felt grounded and unmistakably of this place, a considered first impression for guests stepping into the hotel.
