Arvida's residents deserve spaces that feel like home, not an institution. We designed a planting programme that brings warmth, colour, and life into the village's communal areas: reception, dining, lounge, and corridor spaces that residents pass through every day.
Every species was selected with care: non-toxic varieties, nothing with thorns, and plants that are resilient enough to thrive in high-traffic areas. The goal was greenery that’s beautiful, safe, and genuinely uplifting for the people who live alongside it.
