Majestic Centre is one of Wellington's most recognisable commercial landmarks, a 28-storey tower in the heart of the capital's CBD, home to a diverse mix of corporate and professional tenants. We designed and installed the interior planting scheme, introducing a curated palette of greenery that complements the building's expansive lobbies and common areas while reflecting the prestige of the address.
The brief called for planting that would complement the building's scale and architectural character. We chose robust species capable of thriving in the variable light and airflow of a high-rise atrium, and we monitor them with smart sensors across 12 zones in real time, keeping the planting healthy while maintaining the polished, professional atmosphere Majestic Centre's tenants expect.
