That's why every GreenAir installation comes with ongoing expert care. Our maintenance isn't a watering round. It's a specialist horticultural service delivered by trained technicians who understand the species, the systems, and the conditions of every site they visit.
Living Walls
Living walls operate differently to ground-level planting. Water distribution, light exposure, and root competition all behave differently on a vertical plane. Our technicians are trained specifically in felt-pocket and modular wall systems. Each visit includes irrigation checks, nutrient dosing, species health assessment, pruning to maintain the designed form, and replacement of any plants that aren't performing. The wall should look as good at year five as it did at week one.
Interior Planting
Interior environments shift through the year — light angles change, heating systems cycle on and off, blinds go up and down. A fixed watering schedule ignores all of this. Our technicians assess actual conditions at every visit and adjust care accordingly. Species health checks, soil moisture assessment, seasonal pruning, leaf cleaning, and pest monitoring using organic-first methods. If a plant is struggling in its position, we move it or replace it before it declines.
Atriums & Large-Scale
Multi-storey atriums, entrance forests, and large-scale interior landscapes need a different approach. Access planning, elevated work platforms, coordination with building management — the logistics are as important as the horticulture. We schedule maintenance around building operations, work at height where needed, and manage canopy growth so that large installations maintain their designed proportions over time.
Existing Installations
We maintain planting that wasn't installed by us. If your building has commercial greenery that's been neglected, poorly maintained, or was never quite right to begin with, we'll assess it, recommend what can be recovered and what needs replacing, and bring it up to our standard. No judgement — just better plants and proper care going forward.
We don't hand over a project and walk away. We maintain every installation to the standard it was designed for, because that standard is the whole point.
