Positioned on Auckland's waterfront, 188 Quay Street demanded a planting scheme as polished as its harbour views. We designed a layered approach: statement specimens in the lobby, mid-scale groupings through open-plan floors, and desktop greenery that brings nature within arm's reach of every desk.
The brief called for plants that could thrive under the building's floor-to-ceiling glazing while complementing the existing interior palette. The result is a cohesive green thread that runs from street level to the upper floors.
