A comprehensive biophilic transformation of ANZ Centre's twelve floors in the heart of Auckland's CBD. Every species was selected for the specific light, airflow, and humidity conditions of its location within the building.
Working closely with the client's architects and interior designers, we developed a planting scheme that balanced aesthetic impact with practical maintenance. The result is a workspace where nature is part of the daily experience of every occupant.
The ground-floor entrance sets the tone for the entire building. Clusters of Ficus Lyrata and Spathiphyllum frame the lobby, bringing the warmth of a garden courtyard to the corporate foyer. Every visitor's first impression is one of life and vitality.
With over 350 plants across twelve floors, a systematic care programme is essential. Our maintenance team visits weekly, rotating through every floor to water, prune, treat for pests, and replace any plant that isn't thriving. The result is a consistently verdant environment that looks as good on a Monday morning as it does on a Friday afternoon.
